The income-producing property identified as a discontinued operation was sold in August 2005. As a result there were no revenues from discontinued operations in 2006. The immaterial amounts recorded on the statement of operations represent adjustment to accruals and provisions relating to the sale of such properties. Cash flow from discontinued operations in 2006 represents collections of accounts receivable, less settlement of accounts payable relating to the discontinued operations.
