No securities were issued and no options were granted during the year. At the year end there were no stock options outstanding and there were no warrants or convertible securities.

At December 31, 2006 the authorized share capital was an unlimited number of common shares without par value, and there were 106,327,268 common shares issued and outstanding.

There were no shares held in escrow at the end of the year.
