No securities were issued and no options were granted during the year. At the period end there were no stock options outstanding and there were no warrants or convertible securities.

At June 30, 2007 the authorized share capital was an unlimited number of common shares without par value, and there were 106,327,268 common shares issued and outstanding.

There were no shares held in escrow at the end of the period.
